How long is production time?
Each batch is handcrafted and typically requires about 3 days to complete and a minimum 3 week notice for custom orders for peak freshness and quality.
Warm Weather Shipping
From April through mid-October—or whenever transit temps exceed 74°F—we use insulated packaging and gel packs to protect your order. A $3.50 Cool-Ship fee may apply. Please ensure someone can bring the package inside upon delivery to prevent melting.
How do you ship?
We ship nationwide via USPS Priority Mail flat rate boxes. A small handling fee covers packaging and insulation.
Is local pickup available?
Yes—local pickup is available every Wednesday for orders placed by the prior Sunday.
How should I store truffles?
Store in a cool, dry place and enjoy within 2 weeks for best taste and texture.
